Last updated May 24, 2026 These terms govern use of Domain Cherry, including the public tools, saved-domain features, admin surfaces, and outbound registrar or marketplace paths.

Using The Service

By using Domain Cherry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Domain Cherry provides domain availability search, bulk lookup, name generation, extension research, WHOIS/RDAP lookup, aftermarket research, saved-domain lists, and registrar comparison tools. The service is provided for research and workflow support.

You are responsible for your own domain registration decisions, legal clearance, trademark review, brand diligence, and compliance with registrar, registry, marketplace, and applicable law requirements.

Domain Results Are Not Guarantees

Availability, price, premium status, ownership, expiration, WHOIS/RDAP metadata, registrar links, and marketplace data can change quickly. Results may be cached, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong.

A domain is not secured until a registrar, registry, or marketplace confirms the transaction directly with you. Do not treat a search result, generated name, price hint, or saved-domain entry as a reservation, offer, legal opinion, trademark clearance, or purchase guarantee.

Third-Party Links And Affiliate Paths

The service links to registrars, marketplaces, RDAP records, archive tools, analytics providers, and other third-party websites. We do not control those services, their prices, terms, privacy practices, inventory, or transaction outcomes.

Some registrar or marketplace links may be affiliate links. This means Domain Cherry may receive compensation if you click a link or complete an eligible transaction. We use affiliate links only as outbound purchase paths after availability or pricing context is shown.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation. Prohibited activity includes:

Automated scraping, excessive requests, abuse of provider lookups, or attempts to bypass rate limits, caching, or access controls.
Using results to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, anti-spam, consumer protection, or other laws.
Submitting malicious input, probing admin tools without authorization, disrupting infrastructure, or attempting to access another user's saved-domain session.
Copying, reselling, or republishing substantial parts of the service, data, design, or generated output as a competing service without permission.

We may restrict, suspend, block, throttle, or terminate access when needed to protect the service, users, providers, or legal obligations.

Disclaimers And Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for lost registrations, missed purchases, domain disputes, trademark claims, price changes, provider outages, marketplace decisions, third-party conduct, data loss, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the prior 12 months or USD 100.

Changes, Governing Terms, And Contact

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
